  3. WMGC English Class - Pray that the children who continue to attend the class will not only find the lessons helpful but also find God in the process of learning.
  4. Project Andrew : Pray for the 158 non Christians who will be followed up by our church members. Eight persons have so far received Christ in Operation Andrew.
  5. MGC Sunday School : Pray for the new teachers who will be teaching classes in the MGC Sunday School. Remember Audrey Lee as she takes on the inquisitive young girls class. Pray also for the fun fair on 31/8/99 where the programs will help to establish fellowship with parents & children, other churches and the use of games to inculcate Christian values, practices & message.

    B.    OTHERS

  1. Marie Low: Pray for her to as she continues to undergo treatment for aplastic anaemia. She is still working and finds it tough going – pray that she will enjoy good health as this will help her recover. In late June, she was hospitalised and required blood transfusion.
  2. Mr Chin : Pray for him as he is undergoing treatment for rheumatoid arthritis.
  3. Kai Keong's father: Pray for Mr Leong's health as he had bouts of nose bleeding and fainted twice. KK is trying to presuade him to come to KL so that he is close to the whole family but he is resolute to remain alone in Ipoh. Pray that God will move in his life and assure him that everyone cares for him.
  4. Chong Mei Lin: Pray for her as she is involved in the SU staff retreat on 15/7 to 18/7 in Cameron Highlands and with the IBA evangelistic team to Kuantan Chapel on the last weekend of July 99.
  5. Dan Fong Shin: In the past few months she has been challenged to taste and see that the Lord is good (Ps 34 : 8). In July pray for her as she will be away in Korea for most of the entire month. Schedule: 2/7 Visit to Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Tg Malim.     10/7 to 13/7: Bible Study Trainer's Consultation, Korea.     15/7 to 24/7: IFES Worls Assembly, Korea.    24/7 to 26/7: Marketplace workshop, Korea. Pray for her to be able to interact and learn to develop the SU's bible study training for the students during her stay there.
  6. Har Voong Pang : Praise the Lord for giving him clear guidance to serve among the poor in our world. He has gone to Perth, Australia for training on 3 July 1999.
  7. Non-Christians: Spouses of our sisters: Chan Chee Keong (Margaret), Chong Heng (Anne), Choong Pew Meng (Mary Choong), Mr Chee (Elsie). Parents: Mr & Mrs Ee (Yew Chuan parents), Mrs Chow (Desmond mother), Mr & Mrs Leong Poh Sun (Erwin parents), Mrs & Mrs Wong (Harry parents). Relatives: Mr & Mrs Ong Lye Hin (Ching Kut’s bro & sis in law), Mr & Mrs Peter Chin, Mr & Mrs Yap Ying Choy, Mr & Mrs Yap Kam Wah (Kam Hong & Jen Peng bros & sis in laws).
  8. MGC Young People: Pray for those who can't make it to YP Sat Meeting - Pang Kean, Danny, Wy Leong, Meng Hui & Michelle. Pray for Gregory as he finds it hard to concentrate on studies and anxious over the SPM exam. Pray for YP members studying overseas eg Aaron Sam (Scotland), Audrey Sam (NZ), Chong Chee Seong (England), Teoh Kel Lee & Lim Hui Ling (Aust), John Yeoh (US), Leong Siaw May (S'pore) & Leong Kit Hon (Skudai). Pray for Aaron Sam who will be having exams in June & early July and hopefully be back in Malaysia for his two-month elective from 24 July to 28 Sept 99. Pray for the college guys having major exams like Irwin and Jian Tsin in May & June. Pray also for God to prepare Irwin spiritually to face his study life in Australia in July for one year. Pray for (a) complete healing for Jong Chiueh's eye after his recent operation, (b) Chee Seong as he had just finished his exams and will be going to US to work for about 2-3 months: pray that God will protect him and give him wisdom to manage his money, c) Siao Lyn as she's now in Australia; give thanks to God for the completion of the outreach stint in the Aussie small town high schools, primary schools and community centres. Lyn and her team mates have returned to the Melbourne YWAM base and and are on their last week of the School. Pl pray for God's leading for Lyn on her next step. Leong Kit Hon : See thanksgiving item on the main page. Pray for Kit Hon as he settles down and familiarise himself with other students in UTM Skudai.
  9. Missionary : Pang Loo Yit (evangelism ministry in Macau) asks us to pray for the follow up and spiritual growth of two ladies ML & HY who attends the Sunday worship with her.
