Pray for (1) the producers, director, props team, cast and helpers; (2) them that they will not find the schedule too tight as they practice & get ready for the drama and (3) cooperation between the youth of the two churches and a close fellowship will result from the togetherness formed during the production.

Special Prayers for medical patients

  1. Marie Low: Pray that she will enjoy good health as her condition has improved with the time period between the required blood transfusions lengthened from 3-4 to 7 weeks. She adds that the transfusion is for blood and not platelets since her platelet count has stabilised albeit at a very low reading of 4 to 6 instead of the normal 150. She in turn is helping two terminally sick girls to know Christ through her experience with her own sickness. She will be travelling to China on Sat 10 March for "de-ironing" of her own blood due to excess accumulation of iron.
  2. Lilian Anthony Boswell, 50: (Mrs Soo’s sister) Her sister is suffering from Lymphoma - cancer of the lymphatic system. She is married and has 1 son & 1 daughter. She is a Christian and physically active. The doctor gave her a span of two years to live. Apparently, she has accepted the situation well. Please pray for healing for her and that God will be gracious to her and to the family.
  3. Seok Wei, 22 (Chem YM’s niece) : She has been diagnosed with cancer of the ovary. She has just undergone her third chemotherapy in UH and scheduled recently for two more. She is a new graduate and started working recently. She is a Christian and is attending Glad Tiding Church in PJ.
  4. June Chai, 40+ (Chem’s sis-in-law) She was discharged form hospital and suffers from mental depression but there is nothing medically wrong with her. She is a Catholic. Please pray that God will remove whatever that is bothering her & give her faith & strength. Her two sons are attending the English class in WMGC.
  5. Lim Kong Hua, 40 (KK Leong’s ex-colleague): This Christian brother who suffered from bone & colon cancer went home to be with the Lord on 13 Feb. Pray for the spouse who is a nurse and a 2+ years old daughter.

  1. OA Ministry: Pray for Vela, Robert Chew & Hor Suet Fun serving in the OA work during alternate weekends. Their prayer needs are that (a) 5 OA residents will be lead to Christ, (b) working of the Holy Spirit in the hearts of the OA believers, (c) volunteers will serve wholeheartedly and (d) more MGC volunteers will help out in the tuition and Sunday School classes (present attendance: 20 to 25 children).
  2. Dan Fong Shin: Pray for her as she is on sabbatical leave.
  3. Benjamin Ong Pang Kean: He has moved to PJ, Section 14 as it's only 10 minutes to the office in Damansara. He said "I was really stressed from the long journey, traffic jams, work pressure, uncertainties, etc... Value prayers. Thanks a lot."
  4. Voong Pang: Pray for him as he is serving under YWAM in Perth – He gives thanks for God’s blessings and providence. Pray also for the Cross-roads Discipleship Training School that has 17 students and 7 staff from about 9 nations. The school trains Christians to know God’s character, hear His voice & how to deal with the deep issues inside the students’ lives. He asks that we pray for God’s direction, clear guidance and God’s will for him be fulfilled.
