OTHERS

  1. Marie Low: Pray that she will enjoy good health as this will help her recover from her blood disorder. Marie has opted for the China visits and will leave on her third trip on Tuesday 5/9/2000 where her medical professor will treat her. Do pray for her as she is contemplating to stay in Hong Kong for her Shenzhen medical visits.
  2. William Leong : Pray for his continual recovery as he undergoes treatment for cancer at Gleneagles Hospital, KL. The side effects of the chemotherapy (sore throat, ulcers, dryness, etc) are affecting him. Please pray for him for good rest and health as his sleep & appetite are affected.
  3. Cheah Chee San: Pray for him as a new child of God and as he undergoes cancer treatment at the Mt Elizabeth hospital in Singapore. He is at home on leave and has joined us for our worship service. He is preparing himself for the baptism service on Sunday 17/9 at 3 pm in the Putra Gospel Centre.
  4. Dan Fong Shin: Pray that the Lord will lead her to do what is needed – be it to challenge, to encourage or to rebuke. Remember her in prayer for her assignments away from KL.
  5. Khrisnan: Pray for the salvation of Vela’s brother (past 40 years old) who is recovering from his liver problem.
  6. Voong Pang: If there is a time that I need prayers and encouragement, now is the time! Just as I thought I am improving physically (getting used to the cold now), socially (building good relationships), spiritually ... but my character and attitudes are giving different messages in many areas. Just as things are exciting, the pains, fears and hurts of this 'pruning' process is just as bad if not worse. In order to go and win nations for God, my character has to be 'above reproach'. I have sought God on this and He has spoken to me strongly from scriptures in 2 Cor 12:9,10 - 'But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Please pray strongly into this Word for my life, and in details too. Under such circumstances, I cannot help but to mature spiritually. When I get through this, I would humbly admit that my spiritual life will definitely be stronger in our Lord Jesus Christ, amen. God bless, Pang.
